Q: I have registered my own business name, but want the rest of one of your packages, can I use my own company name?
A: Yes. We offer a complete package, however if you have already registered your own business name that’s fine. We can just go from the next step.

Q: I know what I want my company name to be but I haven’t registered it, can I choose that name for you to register for me or will you choose my company name for me?
A: When you place an order for a business we will contact you to get all the details from you. This will include what you want the business to be named, the preferred domain name and any other information that can be customised in the package. If you have a name in mind then providing it is available to register we will use that name for your new business.

Q: What kind of tools will I get with my package?
A: Although each package varies with what is included whatever we have listed as tools on the package page we will provide. We provide all the tools you will require to get started in the industry of your choice and all of the tools we provide will be brand new and with warranties where required.

Q: I want a business package that is not listed, can Turnkey Businesses create it for me?
A: Usually we can create any kind of package for most businesses. We list the most common small business types, however we can create a custom package for your new business idea that is not listed. Please contact us and provide us with a brief outline of your business idea, we will then give you an outline of the package and costs involved in creating it for you. Please note that we can’t always create business types depending on what is involved.

Q: If I order today when will I receive my new business?
A: We know when you order your new business the chances are you will be itching at the bit to get started, so we try to get every business order to our clients as soon as possible. This typically takes around 2 weeks but can be shorter or longer depending on various factors from the type of business you order to delivery of tools etc.

Q: I want to purchase a business and own it along with a friend or family member, can we do this?
A: You can start a business with as many directors and shareholders as you wish. Simply make a single purchase of the package that you want to own and when we contact you for the details of the business just let us know that there will be more than one director or shareholder. Tell us their name, address and the percentage of their shareholding and we will do the rest.
